Appleton, Wisconsin

Left Chicago this morning for a three-and-a-half hour drive to Appleton, Wisconsin. The weekend break was something everyone truly enjoyed. Several of us saw family and friends, many of us saw the game at Wrigley and all of us enjoyed the chance to relax a little.

On the road to Appleton.

Appleton is a beautiful city of a little over 70,000 people just 30 miles or so from Green Bay. We got here midday and walked around town to run a few errands, then dropped in the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center where the crew was busy putting up the set for tomorrow's shows.

Should be a full and exciting day tomorrow with a 9:30 school matinee and a 7:30 evening show. The theater is a modern state-of the-art facility that holds around 2000 people. The break was nice but everyone seems chomping at the bit to get back to work sharing this remarkable play with the folks who come to see it.
